A MORNING WALK

The morning time is very pleasant. The fresh air is extremely delightful, and a walk outside the town in the morning is very refreshing and is a healthy exercise. One feels active and happy. Those people who lie in bed in morning hours are lazy. I take my morning walk regularly. I get up at five and start from my house at six. Usually I go to the garden, which is at a distance of some two miles. As soon as I enter the garden, a new life springs up within me. The pearly dew drops on the leaves of trees and fresh flowers inspire inexpressible joy and freshness. I pass about an hour and half in the open air and return home at half past seven to begin the day’s work.
